Senior Telecom Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Telecom Project Manager to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: Senior Telecom Project Manager
Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
- Project Support: contract management with customer and service supplier during project rollout stage
- Risk Management: identify and mediate issues/risks
- Communication Management: report project status internally and externally with all relevant business units
- Escalation Management: identify project risks and handle customer escalations at the account level
- Customer and stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong capability to manage customer relationship, completely understand customer expectation, achieve customer satisfaction
- Able to manage a team more than 20 members(in different cities all over Germany)
- At least more than 8 years Telecommunication Project management experiences
- Need to have basic Transmission knowledge
- Telefonica or ePlus project experience is highly preferred
- Based either in Munich or Berlin, with regular travel in-between
- With Fluent German and English
