Wanted: System Engineer/Integration Specialist
For our client, a world wide operating IT Service Provider for the travel industry, we are looking for System Engineer. The main aim is to improve operations and integration of whole system.
The Department is responsible for monitoring, diagnostic and recovery tools and Software Solutions for operational need.
Qualification:
- Computer science degree and relevant working experience
- In depth knowledge of Linux/Unix environment
- At least 3 years experience in SW Development in Java Backend Area with different program and Scripting languages
- Very good knowledge of Configuration Management solutions like Puppet, Salt or Chef
- Experience in Continuous integration and agile SW Development Methodology in big commercial projects
- Experience in "containerizing" and encapsulation, eg with Docker
- Open Back End and usability requirements experience
- Proficient experience in Big Data (Hadoop, Couchbase, no-SQL solutions)
- good communication skills and fluent English
Start: 1.9.15 Duration: 6 months ++ Location: Erding/Munich
