CA Service Desk Manager - Contract Role - Germany
A global IT consulting company and they are seeking a CA Service Desk Manager for a 6 month contract.
At-least 5 Years of Implementation experience in CA Service Desk Manager/Unicenter Service Desk
Strong Knowledge in SPEL, HTMPL, JavaScript/HTML/CSS/AJAX, XML, SOAP, JSON
Strong Knowledge in CA Service Desk APIs and Sound knowledge in CA SDM Web services
Knowledge of ITIL service management processes; ITIL Foundation certified
Strong Communication & interpersonal skills
Good to have understanding in PERL, PHP, JAVA
Fluent German speaking
