Hello,Industrial recruitment agency is seeking for business partner and official representative in Germany.
Main duty would be new client search, as we already have overflow of potencial temporary and full time specialists.

- Builders (Concrete formers, Interior finishers, plumbers, etc.)
- Laborers (order pickers, construction site helpers, cleaners and other non-qualified workforce)
Financial aspects:
Agency gets a reward from Client in two ways: on hourly basis or 10% of recruited specialist's annual sallary.
In any case, we would share 50% of comission with you, as long as the recruited person would work for Client.
Example: You find a Building company, which is interested in foreign workforce. We sign an agreement with Client and recruit for him 6 elektricians for 6 months lasting project. We may ask 2 euros inc. VAT per hour commision. It means that you would receive 1 euro per hour inc. VAT. One month is 4 weeks, 20 working days or 160 hours hours x 6 employees = 960 hours per month = 960 euros inc VAT per month from one Client.
In average it takes about 1 month from cold call to sending specialist for Client. We bill Client every week (or as agreed in Contract) and as soon we receive Invoice payment, we make payment for you.
