For a client, Experis is looking for a NetIQ Specialist (m/f).Task description
- Supporting Identity Management interfaces to NetIQ eDirectory, Microsoft Active Directory
- Operation of NetIQ eDirectory core infrastructure (different service directories e.g. LDAP Services, File & Print)
- Support operation of Federation Service (NetIQ Access Manager)
- Incident handling and solving (2nd, 3rd), contact to supplier, root cause analysis
- Change- and Problem management
- Implementation of operational changes (including TIP/TOP)
- IDM & eDirectory patch management (including tests in quality and production environment)
- Implementation of complex changes e.g. IDM connector development, enhancements; Schema extensions
- Integrate / enhance services into directories (e.g. applications using LDAP authentication or Federation service, NetIQ IDM interfaces for applications)
- Advanced monitoring, health checks of IDM connectors/drivers and eDirectory services
- Optimization of infrastructure & support processes
- Identify, address, trigger and monitor outside-team-tasks
- Deliver the required SLA and KPI's in our different services
Skills
- Expert in NetIQ Identity Manager, NetIQ eDirectory (8.8) and Linux SLES (OES)
- Expert supporting and troubleshooting IDM infrastructure (> 270 IDM drivers)
- Expert administering and troubleshooting eDirectory core infrastructure in an enterprise environment (130,000+ users)
- Experienced in SQL (Oracle, MySQL) and LDAP, x509, Kerberos, LDIF, Shell
- Intermediate Federation Services (NetIQ NAM), WS-Federation, SAML and in Microsoft AzureAD
- Solid understanding of IT components including Networking, Network Load Balancing, various Operating Systems
- Intermediate Project Management
- Certifications, (e.g. CNE, CLP, CNIMA) are preferred
- Experienced in English and Expert in German
