Tasks:
End User Support specialist Client oriented
PC and laptop SW and HW installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Configuration and troubleshooting of nework printing issues
Client networking configuration and troubleshooting
Java incidents identification and troubleshooting
Smartphone support: installation of apps, Active Sync configuration, reset
Must-Have-Skills:
Microsoft Operating Systems (windows 7 and higher)
Microsoft applications and Client server applications
MCSE and/or other pertinent industry certification(s)
Knowledge of banking bussines
German
English
