Position
Solution Architect (m/w) End User Services
Beschreibung
Manage and coordinate any activities required to understand business use-cases and evaluate the suitability of solutions with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Define and execute a structured evaluation approach for workplace enhancements while considering their impact on
adjunct components.
Drive and perform the evaluation of proposed enhancements in close collaboration with SMEs while considering:
- Ability to reduce cost
- Regulatory compliance
- Ability to increase productivity
- High availability
- Policy compliance
- Global standards
- Ability to reduce risk
Work closely with other program functions like financial verification and requirements coverage to create a suitable
high-level design.
Develop and participate in a consistent feedback gathering process with affected business units on the proposed
technology enhancements.
Effective communication, both oral and in writing, with colleagues, clients and partners at all levels; both formally and informally are essential to perform the job.
Anforderungen - Strong technical understanding of multiple end user technologies including displays, desktop computing hardware, virtual computing, voice, UC, and mobile devices
- Very strong ability to analyse, structure and coordinate complex tasks into manageable pieces
- Ability to capture and transform business requirements into technical demands and solutions
- Effective communication both, oral and in writing in German and English
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to lead discussions and presentations with endBusers
- Ability to work on technical designs and solutions
- Excellent ability to perform stakeholder management
- Technical knowledge about Citrix virtualization, Microsoft collaboration products, and Microsoft/Apple convertible/mobile devices
- Comprehensive project management and coordination skills
