My client is based in Munich, Germany. We are currently looking for an Incident Manager/Microsoft Technical consultant to start ASAP for an initial 6 Month rolling contract.

Expert for Incident & Problem process
Expert in solving Office Problems
Very good communication abilities
Very good knowledge about UBIS internal processes and UBIS product certification processes
Language: Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and German
very good knowledge about Security Settings regarding Office and OS
Expert knowledge in different Office versions (2007, 2010, 2013)
Expert knowledge in different methods of working of on Office based applications, macros etc.
Client operating System: Windows Vista/WIN7/WIN8/WIN8.1
Programming Language: VB-Script/VBA
