Task description
- Main focus is the support improvement projects in the areas of Maintenance and Reliability, Energy & Loss, Operations, Gross Margin
- Problem Statement Workshops
- Project Team Meeting
- Project Team Workshop
- Ongoing Coaching support of Project Teams
- Support Project Team Lead with report-outs to the Steering Team
- Project Team Validate and Sustain Workshop
- Provide context, develop and use existing BP owned training materials and CI related info, at local sites and businesses.
- Provide site access to BP systems and relevant information to enable execution of the above tasks.
- Provide stationary & onsite facilities including safety equipment to deliver coaching support and workshop training.
Skills
- Previous experience as Site Leader or significant asset or major functional leader in hazardous industry (preferably oil and gas or chemicals)
- Experience within several disciplines eg. Operations, Maintenance, HSSE, Engineering
- Some years of leadership experience
- Evidence of strong coaching skills
- Experience in change management and involvement in a successful transformation of an operational and/or business environment
- Awareness of QS9001 (+ other industry best practice accreditation) accredited environments
- Good understanding of process safety
- Experience of Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Six sigma accredited would be a plus
- Any relevant experience in the oil & gas industry should be prioritised
- Fluency in the German language must-have, good in English
