We are urgently looking for a BI Consultant/Analyst with experience defining Big Data trends for our customer in Frankfurt Germany.
Will you be available shortly and do you have the skills needed?
Expected profile of the candidate
- Senior and "hands-on" consultant, no junior or "pure administrative" type of candidate but with a strong focus on content
- Strong skills in structuring and writing strategy and evaluation documents using PowerPoint.
- Experienced expert in technologies related to Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Databases.
- Proven references in the industry as an expert for Big Data technologies.
- Practical experiences in evaluation of software solutions and evaluating different vendor solutions.
Activities
- Define the project plan for the project.
- Define interpretation of Big Data
- Identify business areas where Big Data adds business value and determine and assess business case for those areas
- Evaluate market offerings and applicability of Big Data technologies and products such as Map Reduce, Hadoop or Cassandra.
- Write result/findings document
