Siebel Analyst (m/w) Goal As a part of the Analyst team • Capture business requirements, understand them & translate into Siebel specific requirements • Prepare Siebel specific requirement slide & present solution to business • Work with Siebel Designers to help them prepare Siebel Design. • Liaise with stakeholders to arrive at an agreed Solutions View • Give Demo of requirement to business Details • Create supporting documents in the form of .ppt, word docs, visio diagrams, etc • Closely understand/link into Siebel innovation packs • Guide and Facilitate POCs on key interface areas (eg. Siebel ATG, Siebel - AMK [ Order Management Component], etc. Must: 1. German speaking/writing (apart from English) 2. Well versed with CRM T application knowledge (DTAG Siebel application) 3. Played a senior role in Siebel Analyst Experience (3+ years) around Complex Order Management module. This includes liaising with business to understand requirement & convert them into Siebel specific requirements. 4. Siebel Technology awareness. 5. Capable of working with Siebel Designers / Architects 6. Well versed with CRM / BSS areas of Telecom operator stack Optional: 1. Siebel Promotions/Product Modelling 2. Siebel Product configurator 3. Siebel Integration with other components 4. Siebel Open UI knowledge Experience: Fluent in German Language. Total 10 - 12 Years including Siebel CRM experience of at least 3 - 4 years as Siebel Analyst Interesse?
