Customer Support Engineer R4 has to be able to perform the Rollout support of the SW Upgrade release Germany wide.
Travelling into the country is requested and activity during the night is requested.
Main skills/competence requirements/network element requested are Rel 4 (MSS, MGW and CDS)
Required languages English, German is desired
Activity will be performed during nights. So availability to work during the night is requested and mandatory.
Location where the resource will be based is Dusseldorf travelling is requested 80% Germany wide according to the roll out assigned.
