Tätigkeit:For one of our client from the finance sector we are looking for a Consultant (f/m). The Position includes the following tasks: review of the existing IT event monitoring and systems performance tool landscape, compare to tools used by the International Securities Exchange New York, review further monitoring environments, align with IT application development, IT operations and Market Supervision teams, create an approach and a framework for enhancing monitoring mechanisms, identify the appropriate alerting thresholds in order to address issues before they lead to production incidents, create an operational manual where these alerts and thresholds are documented, drive implementation of these enhancements in close collaboration with the above mentioned teams. Required skills: familiarity with IT operations processes and IT operations organizations, experience in designing and customizing IT event monitoring and systems performance tools, ability to plan, manage, and execute mid size projects in an international environment with various stakeholders from business and IT, excellent command of written and spoken English, German language skills are desirable.
