SENIOR 3G/LTE RNO ENGINEER

We are currently recruiting for 4 Senior 3G/LTE RNO Engineer (2x LTE Specialist and 2x UMTS Specialist) to join their business in Germany.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform RF network design, planning and optimization activities.
Previous experience working on swap projects.
Drive Test analysis and log analysis.
KPI monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 8 years experience in Radio Network Optimisation.
Strong experience either in swap projects or in service quality improvement.
Minimum 2 years of LTE experience for LTE Specialist.
Minimum of 4-5 years of UMTS experience for 3G Specialist.
Experience on Huawei equipment not less than 6 months (M2000, PRS and Actix, Romes).
Flexible and able to work autonomously.
Fluent in written and spoken English (German language preferred).
