Hardware Engineer, with previous experience within the Oil and Gas industry, is now require to join my client in Germany
To design electronic circuits and test the hardware in accordance to the customer requirements/specifications.
(1.) To collect requirement and create engineering documentation and Test plan
(2.) To select critical components meeting product specifications
(3.) To design schematics in ECAD tools and review connectivity
(4.) Perform Design analysis like Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Derating analysis
(5.) Prepare PCB layout guidelines and work with PCB team in reviewing the layout for design rules and DFx
(6.) Support and work with cross-functional team for HW dependencies with ME Team, SW team, FPGA team, Manufacturing team
(7.) Preform HW Design verification test, Regulatory/safety compliance test and Prepare test reports for the same.
Additional requirement
Task: Programming and commissioning of testing machines. Based on Siemens S7 PLC systems and HMI visualization by TIA programming software.
Skills:
-electrical engineering fundamentals
-Familiarity with industrial process and control systems
-Experience with Siemens S7 drive technology Hard- & Software (Step 7, WinCC flexible, TIA)
-Siemens Failsafe Applications (preferable but not essential)
-Fieldbus networks (Interbus, Profinet, PROFIBUS, )
-Good German and English
