Sponsorship Manager
Manning Global's Client is a world renowned and global leading provider of communication devices with sales activities in more than 70 countries across 6 continents. For years, its name has been recognized and best known for quality and technology.
Our client is currently setting up a new business division and aiming to provide the next generation of innovative communications solutions.
On behalf of our client, Manning Global is currently look for:
Position Title: Sponsorship Manager
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Munich, Germany

Responsibilities:
- Management of the sponsorship signed by the client and FC Bayern, which includes, at least:
-- Basic rights: management of all rights (image, digital ) and provide support to countries and areas to develop their own MKT materials, according to brand guidelines from both companies. Liaison with FCB to get the approvals, keep track of them.
-- Management of customers, guests, etc. to the different events and matches.
-- Event organization related to FCB.
-- Engagement with both companies' Digital Areas (social networks, web) and organization of joint digital campaigns with both digital teams.
-- Organization and management of Skybox (design, maintenance, catering, branding, reservations ).
-- Organization of related merchandising and material production.
-- Deal with agencies to organize trips and experientials.
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- Sports sponsorship experience preferred.
- Marketing or PR experience, brand management knowledge.
- Used to deal with customers and guests (CRM), excellent treat.
- Passion for sports and attention to detail.
- Willing to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of social networks and web.
- Used to deal with short deadlines and to manage stress.
- High English level, German as mother tongue.
