For a client, Experis is looking for a Project Coordinator (m/f).Task description
- General tasks: responsible to manage all project tasks, follow up on requests
- Definition of functional and technical requirements, scope clarification
- Alignment with internal project team, participation in or organization of regular project calls
- Support pre-study: technical and commercial analysis of solutions
- Definition of business case and preparation of project application forms
- Support for data gathering activities in local countries and for alignment of country based service modules
- Coordination of technical setup, pilot rollout and rollout timeline
- Support of regional request for proposal activities
- Definition and coordination of migration projects
Skills
- Working experience in project management (in the sense of coordination, no PMP certification required)
- Knowledge on mobile telephony, PSTN, TEM market and solutions
- Experience and knowledge on systems (AccessIT, COBALT, PDC)
- Expert level knowledge
- Language skills: Fluent German and English - reading and writing

Duration: asap until end of the year, no remote, full or part time
