Insurance Broking SME/Consultant to join a leading international Reinsurance organisation who are embarking on a major multi-year programme to transform their Front Office operations.
We require a senior, seasoned individual who has excellent knowledge of Insurance Broking who can lead analysis and high level business design. Experience of Target Operating Model design and implementation would therefore also be highly useful.
The successful hire will have an excellent track-record in the Insurance sector - either gained as an Insurance Industry Specialist in a top Consulting firm - or gained directly in a large Global Insurer. Experience as a Lead Business Analyst, Project Manager, Functional Architect or general Business Transformation Management Consultant would be relevant.
A Germany-based candidate with solid German speaking skills would be ideal, however we are also open to English speaking candidates. This is an urgent hire so immediate-starters or those with short notice periods (two weeks or less) would be strongly preferred.
