Senior Business Analyst - Learning Services

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst - Learning Services to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities
- A consultant will either need to cover point (1) or (2), although covering both points would be optimal. (1)
- The consultant service will need to research, write a report and deliver a 2-hour presentation and lead a
- 1- day team workshop. The presentation needs to cover from the point of view from a large ICT company L&D HR function: their ideas behind HR staff talent strategy, budget setting, points regarding training supplier selection etc (2)
- The consultant service will need to research, write a report and deliver a 2-hour presentation and lead a 1- day team workshop.
- The presentation needs to cover and present an overview of the IT training industry: what is the makeup of the IT training industry, what are the layers of IT training within the market, who are the market leaders, who are the biggest players, what business models do these biggest players or market leaders employ, what is the purchasing behaviour/decision tree for IT training, what are the trends within the IT training industry regarding certifications, use of E-learning, free vs. paid for training?
Qualifications
- 5+ years L&D experience in the operator HR department.
- Management experience in operator business department will be a plus.
- Working experience in training company is preferred.
- English language
