Our customer is an international telecommunications company, involved in the R&D of cutting-edge mobile technologies. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Data Application Support Engineer
Project Start: ASAP
Project Duration: 31.03.16+
Location: Regensburg and Munich
Task Description:
- 2nd and 3rd Level support for data analysis/statistical analysis applications/document management solution
- General user support & consulting in English and German language
- Handling of operational issues of applications in cooperation with users and IT team
- Requirements engineering and implementation with external partners
- Adaptation and configuration of the system/applications
- Testing and rollout of the new software releases Windows and Linux platform
Your Skills:
- Solid Windows platform experience (Windows 8, Windows Server 2012)
- Solid experience with SQL on MS SQLServer and Oracle
- Solid experience with C++
- Logical, mathematical background
Nice to Have Skills:
- Linux platform experience
- Know how in statistical analysis tools (eg Cornerstone, JMP, Statistica)
- Experience with .NET/C# programming
- Experience with Semiconductor electrical test data
- SPOKEN German required, Documentation is in English
