BSS Business Analyst - CRM/Billing/Mobile Telecoms
Role:
Key point of contact within BSS for new requests and changes related to on-line charging systems, CRM and core billing system.
Identify and define business processes and perform business process re-engineering required.
Design, document and deliver new value-added business solutions and processes for the client, based on a combination of deep process skills and broad industry knowledge.
Cooperate with implementation project activities in order to assure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
Essential Skills:
In depth Business Analyst/Business Process Analyst gained working for a mobile telecoms vendor or Billing/CRM Vendor - essential.
OCS, CRM and billing systems knowledge
Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany
