- Strong Report knowledge
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products
- Good understanding of management needs

Your Tasks:

- Management reporting and KPI
- Monthly reporting
- Remediation follow-up and tracking
- Managing lessons learned follow-up
- Establish a process to handover discovered findings to the relevant support and design teams
