Responsibilities:- Oversee Cisco Unified Communication operations, support and projects.
- Working for a major account with Cisco Unified Communication and Cisco Video & Conferencing implementations as well as other strategic services.
- Provide resolutions for complex problems as well as other high quality technical consulting, design and planning services.
- Provide structured training for less experienced staff.
- Creating instructions for operational, configuration and procedural tasks.
- Prepare phone conferences with the client to review and improve the technical solutions and quality of service.
Basic Qualification
- CCNP Voice (CCIE Voice ideal)
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager.
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
- Analytically orientated.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Experience with video technologies.
- Educated to at least Masters level
- 6+ years of relevant experience
