IP Integration Engineer
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for an IP Integration Engineer to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: IP Integration Engineer
Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities
- IP network planning.
- LLD design for network planning.
- Provide ongoing customer support throughout implementation.
- Attend and participate in customer meetings for specific solutions and different areas.
- Lead the investigation and isolation of unique and challenging problems, collaborate with product development teams and other support groups to devise a plan for resolution that meets the customer's needs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, both external and internal customers.
- Delivery of support within predefined service level agreement.
- Define methods and process to lead both customers and internal resources through technical issue deconstruction and analysis.
Qualifications
- Technical degree typically focusing on communication engineering/IT or an equivalent qualification acquired through professional training and additional job-related experience.
- 2 - 3 years previous experience working in software design, testing and integration
- Strong knowledge of IP Networking and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Radius)
- Installation and configuration of Servers, Routers, and Switches highly desired.
- English fluency both verbal and writing is essential, German language is highly preferred
