Senior Project Manager: A leading IT services company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work with one of the largest Insurance Company in Germany, for a 6 month contract.
The following is the job specification for the Senior Project Manager:
- Proficiency in Prince 2 is an advantage
- Experience in Agile Methodology is an advantage
- Management of project teams engaged in large programmes/projects in complex environments eg IT Application Development.
- Leadership of project teams through change.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills and proven ability to operate effectively in a Matrix management environment.
- Experience of external supplier relationship and demand management and/or experience of working in an external supplier provider organisation.
- Sound understanding of relevant processes, practices and methodologies.
- Relevant business domain experience and knowledge with versatility to move across business areas on the Account.
