Tätigkeit:For one of our clients in Hannover we are currently looking for an Application Manager (m/f). Your tasks: You are responsible for System Engineering (system analyzes, system design, system development) of VoIP services. You are developing the conceptual design (technical architecture) and the detailed technical solution (engineering guide) of VoIP services in the arena of Unified Communications, SIP-Trunking and Video Communication. You guarantee the technical functionality of the developed solution while it is built within the transition and transformation project. This function especially includes the analysis of customer demands, the conversion of the requirements into a technical specification, the calculation of production costs for the technical components (e.g. not the operational costs), the solution engineering, including the consideration of the SLA specifications on a technical level. In transition and transformation phase you support operations (PLVT or GCS) to realize the technic. Requirements: very good knowledge in Broad and deep knowledge about current VoIP technologies, Unified Communication (specialized on vendors Cisco and SEN), SIP Trunking, Video communication and underlying network technologies (LAN, WAN, IP) and products. Good knowledge in products and platforms (BVoIP Connect, Corporate SIP Germany, UC Cisco, UC SEN, Corporate Video). ICT Analysis, Architecture & Design (IAD)/Production Engineering/ Voice & Unified Communication/Corporate Video (Cisco/Tandberg)/ Voice & Video - SIP/ VoIP Integration.
