System Engineering Manager German Speaking
Disciplinary superior of the system architecture and requirements team with a focus on higher-level system requirements
Central point of contact for customer product requirements & architecture
Responsible for coordinating, creating and maintaining the higher-level system architecture of driver assistance products
Create budget plans and monitoring of expenditure
Planning the engineering efforts based on requirements and project situation
Coordination of product and customer specific system requirements, system analysis and definition of the interfaces
Cooperation with globally distributed system engineering teams for the development of global architecture strategies
Creation of strategies for testing the system architecture and support for the system testing
Participation in product development from concept to production stage
Supporting the management in the definition of product and market strategies
Your Profile:
Study of electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent qualification with relevant professional practice
Several years of relevant experience around the system and software architecture as well as in dealing with SysML/UML
Experience in the field of camera-based driver assistance systems
Excellent know-how in the field of Functional Safety, SW & HW development of Embedded systems
Experience in staff management and budget planning
Good knowledge of the AUTOSAR concepts
Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
intercultural sensitivity for cooperation and guidance from globally distributed teams
Analytical thinking and communication strong team player
