On behalf of one of our clients, an international financial institution, located in Frankfurt, we are searching for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:
Test and Delivery Manager Interest Rates Swaps (f/m) in Frankfurt
Business Area
OTC IRS Clearing
Tasks and Responsibilities Area
Define overall test approach for the Calypso system
Define and agree quality gates entry and exit criteria's and ensure testability of requirements and specifications
Monitor and control testing activities, report status to PM and other relevant stakeholders
Define and implement an automated test approach
Enhance processes around Calypso environment management
Implement and drive implementation of a state of the art environment management infrastructure
Support the specification and test phases by defining and reviewing the respective technical test cases
Identifying dependencies to other internal/external systems and mitigating potential risks
Consultation with the business developments, application development and market participants
Understanding both market requirements and technical implications associated with Calypso System extension
Qualifications and Required Skills (mandatory)
Deep functional knowledge of OTC derivatives
Calypso V14 experience focus on Risk and Clearing module
Profound knowledge and background as test manager on several Calypso projects
Strong knowledge in test automation, incl. CATT or similar tool sets
Expert and hands on experience of environment management
Outstanding analytical skills
Know how in the area or trade processing for OTC derivatives including the interaction with trading platforms
Know how in the area of post trade processing for derivatives
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proficient manner as well as project experience
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience in programming SQL, VBA or XML/FpML
Required Work Experience
Experience in financial industry as test manager with focus on OTC business and interaction with Central Counterparties.

Location: Eschborn
Duration: mid June until end of September, 2015; prolongation envisaged but not guaranteed
