Contracts Manager - IT Infrastructure Services
Darwin Recruitment are urgently searching for a Contracts Manager for one of our clients in Berlin who are a leader in the transportation sector. The role will be to manage the day-to-day relationship and performance of defined suppliers as part of the overall Supplier Management model by collaborating with Operations Leads and Buyers. You will also interface with global Procurement and the rest of the organization to ensure and support proper execution of the respective contract.
Specific tasks include:
- Manage contract changes/renewal/termination.
- Monitor contract compliance on all levels (internal & supplier).
- Manage supplier performance, obligation fulfilment and financials.
- Perform supplier reviews and drive supplier improvement
Required Skills/Experience
- Education: Diploma, Master/Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Law, IT or relevant other education/work experience
- Strong experience in IT Contract Management/IT Procurement
- Experienced with a multi-sourcing environment and Service Integration Interfaces
- Good knowledge about IT services and components
- Business fluent in English (German and French would be an asset.)
