We are looking for a skilled individual for the position of Data Analyst/Big Data Developer (NOSQL/
Real Time Data Handling) experience to begin working at our company headquarters in Hamburg as soon as possible.
This position is for a two year contract with the possibility of further extension on completion of the project.
This is an urgent position suitable for a skilled individual with experience as a Big Data Developer/
Data Analyst preferably with experience handling Real Time Data Streams.
The role would include the possibility to have four days at the company headquarters with one day a week based from your own home office.
You will be joining our rapidly growing Business Intelligence team and helping develop the next big advancement in the world of Big Data.
For the position of Data Analyst/Big Data Developer (Real Time Data Handling) you are expected to have the following:
Two years or more practical experience with Big Data technologies and streaming analytics, complex event processing and Real Time analytics.
A Master's Degree or Equivalent in computer science or similar areas.
A strong practical experience with micro services
Experience with the deployment of micro services inDocker containers and continuous delivery pipelines.
A strong working knowledge of NoSQL databases
Candidates with working experience of Cassandra, Database Layout, Database Administration and similar technologies will be at an advantage.
Experience working with Java and Java Development in a software engineer/developer role will also be a benefit
Fluent German C1 or higher is required for this position
A good level of spoken English B1 or higher
Experience Storm, Trident, Cassandra DB, Kafka and similar technologies are a advantage.
