Operations Officer/Market Data + Services/German Speaking
Field of activity
In this new position as an Operations Officer the main responsibility will be non-technical operating of Market Data + Services systems. The candidate will be supplying external customers in the financial industry in addition to our own trading, clearing and settlement systems with reference, corporate action and price data.
Tasks/responsibilities
Maintain non-technical operation of the above mentioned systems, detailed tasks are:
Data management
Data quality assurance
Data maintenance
Support for internal and external customers
Support for contract administration
Support for testing of system-releases
Qualifications/required skills
Training in information technology and/or business administration with emphasis on information technology plus several years of professional experience
Elementary knowledge in banking as well as in stock exchange business
Computer skills including competent handling of current office applications (MS Office, Lotus-Notes etc.)
Decent knowledge of financial instruments and their reference data
Knowledge of German legal reporting
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
Dedication, distinctive analytical skills, the ability to work in a team as well as the willingness to take on responsibility
Willingness to accept staggered working hours
