We are looking for a freelancer having expert knowledge in the following area:Project Description:
In the context of the introduction of a new CAPEX Management Framework, our client is looking to streamline the CAPEX reporting process and create a standardized view on CAPEX.
Project Tasks of Freelancer:
- Analysis of existing DHW/BI solution in HQ
- Analysis of existing ERP landscape in 8 OpCos and creation of ERP maturity Report (mostly Oracle)
- Requirements definition for HQ reporting solution
- Support of design of DWH/BI solution for HQ CAPEX reporting
- Definition of requirements towards individual OpCo ERP systems to support reporting process/solution
- Support of the OpCo IT departments in design (and development) of CAPEX reporting based on local ERPs
- Creation of end user training documents and performing trainings
- System documentation
One of the main challenges will be to understand the existing and very heterogeneous ERP implementations across the Group and help design tailored solutions (and possibly workarounds) which fulfill the reporting requirements.
