Duration: 6-7 months
For our client based in Koblenz (Germany), we are currently looking for an IBM Rational DOOR specialist to start working ASAP (f/m).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 6+ years of experience
- IBM Rational Doors 8.3, 9.5, 9.6 system administration experience
- You should have done upgrades from 8.x to 9.x
- Good communication skills are a must
RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Analyze what is going on in DOORS
- Get control over ticket counts
- Transition from supporting DOORS environments during local hours to global hours
- Train users
- Downsize the number of DOORS databases
- Formulate a control to use DOOR
- Upgrade all DOORS enviornments to 9.6
- Deploy DWA client
- Determine whether or not Citrix Servers are needed or Terminal Servers will suffice: Put a plan together to achieve this
