Square one is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (Salesforce/E-commerce) for a long term contract based in Bonn, Germany.
Your responsibilities
You manage and control our autonomously larger IT projects (major projects) and complex subprojects focusing on CRM/Salesforce. Manage their projects proceed according to internal best practices and standards before. They design complex IT solutions that make the management structures of the project team and present plans and project progress at the highest management level. As part of your salesforce.com-/force.com projects take on requirements, evaluate and document processes (interim) results. They define their own responsibility business case for project approval/-initiierung describing the project goals and concretize the delimitation, planning and organization of projects. You agree closely and proactively from our departments and business lines. They are responsible for communications and external presentation of your projects and are departments and service providers as a contact person available.
Your profile
Very good university degree in computer science or economics or equivalent qualification
Profound CRM/salesforce.com expertise and many years of experience in the implementation of the Business
Experience in the management of IT projects, particularly in the area of CRM/salesforce.com
Several years practice in the coordination of business and IT as well as in the coordination and support of IT implementations in European countries with its own IT organization
Very good knowledge of the methods and process models in the software development process and its application, in particular in ensuring of requirements engineering and management
Very good English and fit in project management tools and MS Office
Strong leadership skills and experience in the technical team lead with goals
Creative concepts based on careful analysis,
High degree of initiative, flexibility and solution orientation
Very safe and representative appearance to internal and external customers
Open minded team player with communication skills, assertiveness and conflict resolution with sound judgment
High reliability and superior performance and resilience
