Task:Senior Project Manager required for the traffic steering in relation to customers (telecommunication) roaming services:
- PM related activities plus leading a technical workstream to improve end customer experience in roaming, work stream participants, vendor, technical operations people, business/commercial people
Additional tasks:
- Contribute and partly lead project which aims at improving the current traffic steering performance especially focussing on customer experience
- Drive and lead project implementation for new features and/or functionalities together with internal support functions
- Actively drive and support both regular traffic steering optimization analysis as well as (VIP) incidence reported from the field
Expected outcome: ? on monthly bases each destination networks will be analyzed with following outcome:
- Project execution: meeting agreed project quality metrics (time, agreed deliveries, budget)
- Incident management support: detailed assessment of the case, agreed countermeasure and improvement action, etc available within requested time period
- Traffic steering optimization: detailed assessment of the current performance, agreed optimization proposal and improvement action, etc available within requested time period
- Regular and ad-hoc reports concerning project and traffic steering performance
Requirements (Must have):
- Senior PM & Technical Expert
- Operations background in a mobile network operator, ideally also roaming experience
- Deep technical knowledge in traffic steering
- Traffic Steering platform provided by the supplier ?Roamware?, Version NTA 7.0
- Fluency in English and German
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- Very rarely flights to Madrid on demand from client (invoiced separately)
