Next Ventures are executing a search for an experienced Process Deployment Manager with strong MM skills and experience with an understanding within the Spare Parts Business
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Develop and implement global processes and supporting IT solutions. Support local process deployment managers and key users in implementing global processes and ways of working.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Initial data collection activities in deployment projects
Lead and conduct process and solution workshops
Identify changes between local processes and global processes
Create local action plans to start working according to global processes
Plan the content of the workshops together with the project management and process experts.
Conduct gap analysis and resolve issues together with the roll-out consultants
Support local organizations in process implementation activities
Follow-up process implementation activities during the whole deployment project with the project managers and local process deployment managers
Evaluate process implementation after go-live
Identify improvement areas
Participate in global solution development
SAP MM exp. Spare Parts Business etc. Change requests, Change Management,Change request recommendations, Deployment,Deployment management.
The project office is in Hamburg (travel to Finland, English speaking project) the beginning of the project is very intensive, so the onsite presence is necessary, but there are plenty of slots when remote working is possible. All that vary during different stages of the project.
He/she will have a role of stream lead and responsible for that particular stream efforts.
In the team there are variable number of people, but normally 4 involved.
The client has a existing template (recently) and need to translate business requirements from Warehouse and Spare parts dept into the template etc.
The role will involve Change Management Deployment Management Update follow Change Requests Change Management Validation/Recommendations Acceptance test Training
This is a new project surrounding Master Data
Duration till end of the year - (Through to Go Live at the end of the year) and post go live support in 2016.
MM, Spare parts, WHM etc.
We are looking for a strong MM, WHM, Spare parts (SD) skills.
