Big Data /Geo Data Developer (Python)Meelogic Consulting AG provides solutions and services for the mobile IT-world.
Our primary focus is on mobile & internet-based enterprise applications as well as embedded intelligent systems.
For one of our projects we are looking for a Big Data /Geo Data Developer (Python) who will work onsite in our office in Szczecin together with our project team.
Your task will be
- Implementing customer specific extensions to a Geo Data application
- Development of functionality for effective handling and storage of big geo-data sets
Required skill and qualification
- Big data know how
- Know how of various databases (both SQL & noSQL)
- Very good Python know how
- Strong programming skills in at least one another language, e.g. Java, Ruby, ...
- AWS
- Web technologies
- At least one of the topics
-- Hadoop
-- GIS
- fluent English (written/spoken)
- Project experience from the automotive/aviation/space industry
Project start: End of June
Duration: 6-12 month
Location: Szczecin / Poland
Working model: Fulltime / onsite
