IT Project Manager (Senior)wanted for a banking project in the greater Frankfurt am Main area. We are looking for a very experienced person with strong IT project management experience to take charge of a strategic project.
Your tasks:
- Management and overview of the delivery scope across the whole project lifecycle
- Overall responsibility for budget management on this project
- Stakeholder Management
- Reporting to C-level Steering Committee
- Transition Management on both business and IT side
- Interaction with the community members, participants and independent software vendors
- Development, mentoring and coaching of project managers and team members
- Take over responsibility for the current in-house PMO
Your experience/skills:
- Strong record and extensive experience with IT Project Manager, ideally in the capital markets space
- Knowledge and record use of project management methods, such as Waterfall, V-Modell, Agile
- Project Management certification is of advantage (such as PMI or IPMA)
- Strong service orientation with very good communication skills
- Experience in management of offshore teams
- Fluent in English, written and spoken; good knowledge of German
