A leading name in telecoms require a Documentation Specialist/Documentation Engineer who has Avaya expertise.
The candidate will be responsible for;
Managing the share point; Defining standard templates for technical documentation (eg Test plan, LLD, CWB, LWB); Solution certification testing and documentation upload and distribution; Support tests on the PoC; Support the certification process; Day 1 to Day 2 transition work (ie Services Transition Engineer equivalent); Handover Day 2 documentation for any new features or new services; Create document for Method of Procedure (MoP); Documentation for knowledge transfer day1/day2; Create customized user manuals; SW-Matrix, PoC tracker lists; Support any implementation/changes task of the PoC; DC documentation for Data Centres for operation; Manage the technical documentation flow; Administrative Tasks: Track orders; Check delivery and coordination. The candidate should be Proficient at MS Visio, Excel, Outlook and Word, have experience in a direct customer-facing role, and have Technical writing experience.
Preferably the candidate should have experience with the following:
At least 4 years of hands-on technical experience with Avaya Unified Communications products such as: Avaya Communication Manager and Aura (CM, SMGR, SM), Avaya Applications Enablement Services (AES), Avaya SIP Session Boarder Controller (SBC), Avaya One-X applications (OneX-, Mobile, Communicator & Attendant, Avaya Aura Messaging Avaya Presence, PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent. ITIL® Foundation certification.
The Candidate will need to be based in Stuttgart, Germany and must be able to speak German and English.
12 Month Contract+
