Für ein Projekt bei unserem Kunden suchen wir eine/nService Implementation Consultant / Transition Manager (f/m)
T2S implementation Project
Start date of assignment: 01.06.2015
Expected project end date: Q3/2016
Degree of employment: Full-time
Location: Frankfurt a. M.
Task and responsibilities
• Organisation, performance and documentation of meetings with all impacted line organisations
• Create and agree transition/ migration plan with involved parties
• Creation of documents related to the simulation and production introduction, e.g. Data Setup Approach, Migration Approach, Organizational Readiness Approach etc.
• Creation of reporting for different recipients
• Maintain close relationship management with the parties involved
• Organize and track the activities of involved departments and project teams for rollout of new releases
• Elaboration, consolidation and tracking of a activity list for all impacted line and project organisations
• Track and escalate issues posing a risk for the production introduction
• Co-ordinate of multiple involved internal departments, especially to find solutions
• Track and support solution of technical and functional issues
• Support the respective line organizations in the adaptation of Service Level Agreements and operation contracts
• Coordinate and communicate delivery schedule for new software versions in simulation and production
Mandatory skills and experience
• Consultant with minimum of 2-years experience in Service Implementation/Organisational Readiness or related areas
• Excellent co-ordination and communication skills
• Mediation and presentation skills
• Show a structured working method, show analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• General functional knowledge of securities settlement
• Business proficiency in German and English in speaking and writing
• Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
• MS Office, esp. Excel, Power Point
Optional skills
• General T2S knowledge is an advantage
• MS Project is an advantage
