Data Warehouse Specialist (Python + ETL's)
We are one of the leading most successful startups and we need a Data Warehouse Specialist to work for us in the heart of Berlin.
You you will be joining our BI team to help us completely redesign and rebuild our Data Warehouse. We are looking to work alot more efficiently and unlock the potential of our infrastructure.
If you are someone who is passionate about coding in python, working with ETL processes & building databases then we need you!
Your Tasks:
- Redesign and restructure our data warehouse in conjunction with our Business Intelligence team
- Implement best practice for scalable data storage
- Refactor our ETL processes to work with the new data structure
- Optimize database performance and monitoring to improve data consistency
- Help improve and develop new code within an agile and fast paced work environment.
- Be involved in the fast growing big data space
Your Profile:
- You have 2+ years' experience of creating and developing Data Warehouse Architecture
- You have gained experience in relational database concepts with a solid knowledge of SQL
- You are proficient in Python development
- Knowledge of Qlikview reporting tool is beneficial
- You are open, communicative and enjoy working as part of a team
- You have a strong understanding of the needs of an analytics/data team
