Dispatcher (day shift work)

The dispatcher is the interface between our client and its customers. you will be responsible for the timely execution of all incoming work orders. In this context, it ensures compliance with agreed with the customer SLA (service level agreements).

In addition, he/she is responsible for the following tasks:

Operations Management:
Control of the missions of the Field Service Technician in accordance with applicable after ArbZG, TV and BV rules and after business aspects
prioritization and tracking of work, taking into account the specified deadline
Coordinate appointments with customers, service providers and carriers
Coordination of the necessary access rights

Order documentation:
providing the service documentation for the data acquisition order processing internally and to customers
Processing and maintenance of contracts in trouble ticket system and the application tool
Creation of jobs in IT systems such as in SAP
Preparation of weekly reports, analysis and statistics

Quality assurance:
clarification and resolution of contradictions in orders in cooperation with the commissioning, the disposition and the field staff
Identification of current quality problems by analysing the frequency of Entstöraufträge
Coordination of orders for effective order processing after economic and technical aspects
Ensuring meaningful feedback from order fulfillment
Identification of process flow disturbances, developing and implementing solutions in their own area of responsibility and Reporting to the supervisor
Parts and materials supply:

Your Profile:
completed vocational training as an IT systems engineer/in or comparable education
Experience in scheduling or in Fault Management
Knowledge of basic network structures in the fixed and mobile telephony
Materials management processes. Industrial processes in Field Service
Willingness to work shifts Mon-Sun
