Task:?IT User Help Desk : 1st Level Support;
?End User Support : Responsible for 2nd Level and 3rd Level IT Support for Branches and Headquarters;
?Technical Services : Responsible for Infrastructure tools and products such as Mail Service, Active Directory Service, Anti-Virus Service, File Services, Self Service Devices for Branches and other user related infrastructure services;
?Networks & Telephony: Responsible for the communication data lines for branches and headquarters in Germany and for the fixed and mobile telephony service;
?Asset Management: Responsible for the asset management processes for end user hardware and software in Germany; Order management and IMAC/D process in Germany including opening, close and movement of branches;
Requirements (Must have):
Experience in 2nd Level and 3rd Level IT Support
