Für unser Kunden-Projekt in Essen suchen wir ab sofort eine(n)Process IT Software Development Manager (m/w)

Responsible:
- Responsible for the coordination of software development teams for the purpose of
design, development, testing, and deployment of all applications needed to meet
requirements of business units.
Duties include all aspects of SW Engineering Lifecycle using Agile Methodologies:
• Requirements Analysis
• Software Architecture and Design
• Framework and Application Development
• Testing and quality control
• Deployment and Operations
Responsible for:
- Team creation and training of agile software developers (internal and external)
- Implementation/execution of an agile methodology for the analysis and development
of software applications
- Sourcing of internal and external developer resources
- Project oversight to meet development (time and budget) milestones
- Management of resources for the continued operations of systems
- Development of staff and vendors to meet continuous improvement goals.
Systems to include:
-Software Development tools/languages to include: Java, JavaScript, SQL, other
languages will be adventagous
- Application, communication, and database servers
- Web portals, interactive UX systems, and mobile devices
- Remote DAS and communicatoins
- Security of remote systems and communications
- Operations of a managaged Hosting Service
- Operation control centers and regional field offices
- Communications between Operations and Business environments
- Data Center and hosting facilities
Qualifications:
- University degree in Information Technology, software development, engineering, or in related fields
- Minimum 5 Years experience in professional Agile SW Development with a good track record of successful projects
-Profound knowledge of SW Development with best practicees and current industry trends.
-Ability to work in a start up environment with changing requirements and little direct staff
-Ability to interact with people of varying cultures
Good communication skills and team spirit
- A custimer satisfaction and needs driven orientation-
Needs to be able to work constructively with senior management and drive & influence multiple functions towards the same objectives
-Clear focus thinker with ability to execute on priorities and effectively control milestones (project mode)
- Experienced working across multiple levels, functions and regions
Fluent in English ability to communicate in German and other languages advantageous
