Start: February 2015Contract: initial 6 months with the view to extend
Industry: financial services
In this role you will be responsible for the execution of the departments wide delivery management, the control and management of service level agreements as well as quality improvement tasks and if required escalation management. As the single point of contact between the customer and the service delivery team you negotiate contract extensions, create and present client reports and continuously develop customer relationships.
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:
• Proven track record working in a similar capacity
• Understanding of SLA’s
• Excellent incident and problem management skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Strong documentation skills
• UNIX and MySQL know how
• Fluent in English
• MS Office suite
