Ihr Aufgabengebiet:• Develop and initiate standards, methods, forms & instructions for performing SW Quality Audits, Non-Conformance Tracking, & KPI reporting.
• Perform Software Quality Audits and identify Non-Conformances.
• Track Non-Conformances and drive to closure.
• Perform SW Delivery Checks.
• Ensure Project strictly adheres to Change Management & Configuration Management Procedure.
• Ensure Software Product Development Process Compliance within Projects.
• Act as Software Process Consultant within Development Team.
• Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and publish monthly KPI reports to management.
• Assist Teams with disciplined Problem resolution management.
• Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on SW quality control activities.
• Direct interface with Engineering to ensure new product launches meet customer and industry standards.
• Scope might be expanded in the future to Systems, Hardware & Mechanical.
Ihre Voraussetzungen:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience or more in a Software Quality Assurance role or Software Engineering role preferably in the Automotive industry.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Strong Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC V-Cycle) required.
• German and English language skills Experience in Software Development Process required. Embedded Systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of CMMI, ISO: 15504 (SPICE) and ISO: 26262 (Functional Safety) is a plus.
