I am urgently looking for two Senior Programme Manager to start a Project in January and February in Switzerland.Start: 05.01.2015 and 02.02.2015

Accountabilities
• Member of the Cloud Based Service and Technology Program Leadership - define and drive IT program
scope, plan, resourcing, reporting and delivery - ensure high quality change management approach
• Secure effective senior stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, intervention and approval
• Build and lead the required resources to meet time, cost, quality and benefits case targets
• Ensure effective integration and alignment across all streams
• Drive professional and effective program management (governance, monitoring, tracking, risks, issues
and dependencies)
• Maintain business process excellence and IS compliance throughout, secure smooth and effective
handover to steady state operations
Dimensions
Business Impact:
There are 2 project roles which will lead the following streams
1. Initial private/virtual cloud environment, including the capability to manage other providers through
Cloud Orchestration which includes Public Cloud providers
2. An Enterprise integration platform and associated capabilities
Scope if focused on the IS Delivery in support of the above
People:
• Indirect reports: 20 – 30 varies depending on demand
Geographic Scope:
• Global – all countries all employees impacted
Complexity:
• Very complex area which includes new solutions, outsourcing, and organization transformation.
Experience
? A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a consultant in the IT Architecture area
? Familiar with state of the art Integration as a Service or Cloud concepts
? Exposure to large transformation programmes
Critical knowledge and education required for the job
? Academic degree in business informatics or business administration
? Project Management Professional or equivalent
Experiences to be gained in the job
? Run the IS delivery and roll-out the agreed functionality for implementation deadlines 2015
? Understand the needs to deliver the required functionality.
? Work closely with IS teams providing requirements to ensure smooth cluster transition
? Work closely with IS/Sustex and others to define services and process for system, data. process, and
client support to meet the 2015 implementation deadlines
