Job Description:Reproducing and debugging of system issues by means of appropriate low level debug tools (e.g. tracer, HW debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analysers)
Optimization of the system with regard to CPU load, power consumption, connectivity bandwidth, memory footprint
Contribute to system design with solutions, system related data, reviews
running short tests on the HW and investigating of the failures
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
C, C++, Assembler (preferably ARM)
Debugging (problem reproducing, debug info generation, issue root identification)
Debugging tools (Lauterbach ETM & JTAG specifically, tracers, oscilloscopes, multimeters)
Real Time OS (understanding the concepts behind the OS services)
Embedded systems HW (ARM cores, memory, peripherals, DMA, cache, MMU, etc / schematics reading)
Code compilation, memory map configuration and analysis of build failures (preferably ARM RVDS)
User level knowledge on ClearCase is needed
Quick grasping of foreign architectures and SW code
Fluent English spoken and written
