For one of our clients we are looking for a OSS Technical Lead• Academic background: Superior Engineer or Ms Science
• +5 yr experience required as IT Analyst for Telco industry.
• Strong experience in coordination of analyst and developers (up to 10-15 people).
• Strong background in Telco Networks and OSS, for both Mobile & Fixed Networks, especially in the with Network Planning area
o Network Planning systems.
o Mobile Networks: 3G/4G, BSCS/Node B, Huawei/SIAE/NSN/Cisco…
o Fixed Networks: SDH, ATM, ISDN, IP, Ethernet, xDSL.
o Transport/Optical and Access Networks, Broadband and IP/Ethernet-based telecommunications networks.
o Network Inventory Management Systems.
• Experience with Eclipse and its plugins.
• Oracle & PL/SQL “expert”.
• Java (J2EE) and/or .NET knowledge and experience would be welcome (not a must).
• Czech/Slovak and English required, German desirable.
• Stay in Bratislava with availability for trips to Hamburg (one week per month).
• Soft Skills:
o Coordination and technical assessment of 10 people. Person seen naturally as a leader and a reference point by the rest of the team.
o Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
o Liaison with customers and difficult environments.
