Beschreibung
For our client in the Frankfurt area we are looking for an experienced Application Operation Consultant (m/f).Your deliverables will be:
• further detailing of application and infrastructure operations processes (which are already available on a higher level)
• preparing and supporting the enablement of a new 2nd Level Support central monitoring team located in offshore (set up organizational framework, make Knowledge Transfer possible etc.)
• supporting the enablement of existing 1st Level Support teams for the operation processes in the new IT landscape
• supporting the start-up of application operations
• defining and supporting processes around the Knowledge Base
• fine-tuning the monitoring and operations IT Tools (with the help of technical tool specialist)
• supporting the onboarding and ramp-up of 3rd Level Support teams onto the new support process landscape
Required abilities:
• practical experience with application and infrastructure operations management in the context of DevOps and agile software development is a must
• solid organizational and communication skills as evidenced by successful completion of delivery of complex work packages (project / sub-project / workstream management etc.)
• practical experience with coordinating offshore teams
• practical knowledge of agile software development processes
• while ITIL is not the basis of the process model, knowledge of the ITIL model will be helpful
• fluency in English (min. competence level C1 CEFR) is necessary to communicate within the project; fluency in German is an additional advantage
• familiarity with Azure Monitoring, ServiceNow and AppDynamics would be an advantage
